THE RESULTS ARE DIFFERENT COMPARED TO OTHER THERMOMETERS. IS IT NORMAL?

Yes. It is normal to obtain different results depending on the type of thermometer used (frontal, ear, oral, or rectal).

Normal body temperature varies within a certain range.

It also varies depending on the area being measured.

Therefore, readings from different body areas may not display the same results and should not be directly compared, even when taken at the same time.

DOES "LO" MEANS "LOW BATTERY"?

No. It means the temperature is below 22°C (71.6°F) in Forehead mode, below 34°C (93.2°F) in Ear mode, or below 0°C (32°F) in Object mode.

To get a reading, you must be within 1-3cm or 0.4-1.2 of the forehead (Forehead mode), insert the probe in the ear (Ear mode) or get the thermometer closer to the object you wish to test the temperature of (Object mode).
